PURCHASE BIRMINGHAM VILLAGE FAIR WRISTBANDS TODAY AND SAVE
BIRMINGHAM, MICH., May 11, 2008 – The Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber presents the 45th Annual Birmingham Village Fair, May 29 – June 1. The four-day event includes entertainment, carnival rides, games, and food. The Chamber is offering a $5 savings on fair wristbands, selling them for $15 each. Wristbands can also be purchased at the fair for $20.
“The fair is an event for all ages to enjoy while supporting the community. Proceeds from the food and game booths will be distributed to 22 local nonprofit organizations,” stated Carrie Zarotney, president of the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber. “Last year, the Chamber donated more than $15,000 in proceeds to community nonprofits.”
The fair will be held in Shain Park in downtown Birmingham, Thursday, May 29 from 12 to 10 p.m.; Friday, May 30 from 12 to 11 p.m.; Saturday, May 31 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.; and Sunday, June 1 from 12 to 9 p.m.
Discounted wristbands can be purchased at the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber through 5 p.m. Wednesday, May 28. The Chamber is located at 124 W. Maple in Birmingham and can be reached by calling 248) 644-1700. Chamber is open 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
